A truly comprehensive online package for your company to target your audience effectively, locally and nationally. UKSN provide your company with a unique marketing facility which is not only easy to use, but provides a massive amount of functionality. Online advertising should provide more than just a directory listing - UKSN give all the tools you require to promote different aspects of your business including the abiltity to post an unlimited number of offers & promotions, news & events, job vacancies and property listings; your listings are automatically propagated through our network of websites and target your latest information effectively.
Our systems allow you to log-in and update all your information including basic contact details and full company profile (together with company logo + up to 4 images). Not only that, you can update your offers & promotions, news & events, job vacancies and property listings at any time.
As the network grows, all your listings and business information will be pulled into our Northern Ireland directory & portal (www.northernirelandsearch.co.uk) and UK directory & search portal (www.uksearch.co.uk).
Our system is easy to use and requires a minimum amount of web knowledge. The system uses a series of online forms, which on submission, update your information accordingly. Thats it - your information is now live and viewable by your customers and clients.
Property Service - Additional Free Functionality
UKSN provide your company with a unique property advertising facility. Add all your property ‘for sale’ listings and/or property ‘to let’ listings and have them automatically propagated through our network of websites.
Each property entered into the UKSN database will have a postcode district, e.g. G12, and is targeted to all websites that pull in that particular district. These sites only list the properties within a range of postcode districts and therefore are highly targetted. There is also the option for website users to list all of your properties, regardless of location, using filtering functions. As the network grows, all your listings will be pulled into our UK supersite - uksearch.co.uk.
For each property listing, you can add up to five images. All images are automatically resized to generate a small thumbnail image and a larger main image.
For property ‘for sale’ listings only, there is the added benefit of adding a PDF schedule.
With an UKSN account you can easily log-in to your Control Panel to add, update and delete property listings. If you have more than one branch, a separate account can be setup per branch. In this way, you can have your current ‘hit list’ of properties distributed effectively by branch.
