About our apprenticeship
As an apprentice on Ulster Bank’s Telephone Banking team, you’ll make and take customer calls. You’ll handle queries, sell our financial products and learn how to offer intelligent, professional and helpful advice to customers across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. And with the support of your buddy and your team, plus comprehensive coaching and on-the-job training, you’ll soon be satisfying customers and hitting targets. All while studying towards a Business and Professional Banking qualification.

About you
We’re looking for bright, ambitious students with the team working skills, customer focus and genuine passion for helping others that this role demands. So you’ll need to be a good listener and great communicator, both in person and on paper. More than that, you’ll have the discipline to study at home and still give your best efforts at work. All while showing the flexibility, enthusiasm and energy we look for in all our apprentices.

Eligibility – Apprenticeship funding is available for applicants aged 16-23 years. As the available apprenticeships are for Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, applicants must not hold a prior Level 4 or higher qualification.
