What Does A Direct Customer Service Executive Do?
- Communicate with clients potential customers/supporters.
- Through engaging help to turn these people into quality customers/supporters.
- Represent our clients in a professional manner.
- Provide feed back to management.
- Partake in training and team building (Team Leader Stage).
- Organise your team and plan ( Crew-Leaders and Team Leaders Stage).
Experience/Skills
Experience and skills always help but are not essential as we provide excellent training and on going support where it is needed.
Some Experiences/Skills That May Help Are;
- Customer Service and Sales Experience.
