Acqua-psychotherapy is a mixed therapy, combining the practice of psychology and acquatic therapy to inprove physical and mental health for people of all ages and walks of life. Any person of any ability can study a variety of water sports and attend aquatic therapies such as diving, snorkelling, water polo, rugby sub, sub hockey and swimming. Furthermore, participants can study for diving courses at all levels, first aid, learning to use the defibrillator, lifeguard etc. As well as providing a lot of fun, these sports and courses increase skills and employability, and every one of the students at the end of each course will receive a world-renowned certification level - International PADI, CMAS, PRO-TEC, Emergency First Response.

We can apply each of these sports to cater to each of the individual's needs, jointly with acqua-psychotherapy or individually with psychology or acqua therapy. Psychologically we provide various programmes for people with OCD, mental health disorders, depression, autism, obesity, alcohol, drug addiction. We also have a special programme for children with behavioral problems and difficulties in learning, often caused by disruptive home lives, neglect, and abuse. People who need both water therapy and psychotherapy have direct access to all the therapies that we offer. There are many people everyday carrying within themselves a lot of problems mixed with a high level of stress. Acqua-psychotherapy can help outlet the stress and find solutions to many of these problems and improve quality of life. This alternative therapy we provide is creative, innovative and highly efficient, without the need for medication.

We are the creators of this therapy so we are pioneering and have a very successful practice. To get to this point we have studied and worked for many years and practiced in a number of countries with different people. Moreover, there continues to be scope to develop this work in order to be able to partner with organisations and communities to ensure that more people who could benefit from our projects have access to them.

Thanks to this treatment, people who have experienced these programmes have benefitted greatly, finding their quality of life improved, and confidence strengthened. The following real-life example we like to share, shows effectively how this treatment can really help: A young man had a car accident at 19 years old and was confined to a wheelchair for life. From that moment he thought that his life had come to an end. His girlfriend had broken up with him because he could not walk again or have a 'normal' life. After 20 years we met in Spain... Words cannot articulate the genuine happiness of this young man today, and he attributed much of his ability to seek positivity again to the Acqua-psychotherapy sessions. At tbe end of only one session, his parents expressed such emotion and wept to see this man laugh again after 20 years. With this example we want to show that although we cannot replace the legs,  we will show you how to walk without them!
